The unthreaded "shoulder" is ground to an incredibly tight tolerance-h7 or even h6 (down to ±0.005mm)-ensuring a perfect fit with linear bearings or bushings. Meanwhile, the threaded portion allows for secure mounting. For a φ10mm shoulder, we maintain a surface roughness of Ra≤0.8μm, providing a smooth, wear-resistant surface for rotating or sliding parts.
At our Shanghai factory, we have spent 20 years perfecting the "all-in-one" pivot. Our Stripper Bolt products are made from SCM435 alloy steel, heat-treated to 10.9 or 12.9 grade (Tensile strength ≥1200MPa).
