The ratio of outer diameter to root diameter is 1.05 to 1.08. The Torx slot meets ISO 10664. We offer stainless steel SUS304 and carbon steel SWRCH22A or 10B21. Carbon steel gets carburizing heat treatment. Surface hardness is HV 450-550. Core hardness is HV 300-400. The thread is hard enough to tap into metal or plastic. Surface finish includes black oxide, cleaning, or zinc plating. Salt spray test lasts 48-72 hours. If you want a brighter look, we can do nickel plating.
