Stripper Bolt

It is also called a shoulder bolt or puller bolt. The smooth shank works as a rotation shaft or a locating pin. The thread part does the fixing. We are a Shanghai factory. We take a φ10 h7 size as an example. The actual diameter is 10.000 to 9.985 mm. When it fits with a linear bearing or bushing, the gap is very even. Tolerance is h6 or h7 level. That is ±0.005 mm to ±0.015 mm. Surface roughness is Ra≤0.8 μm. Thread precision is 6g. The concentricity between thread and shank is ≤0.05 mm. The size range is M4 to M20. We offer stainless steel SUS304 or SUS440C and carbon steel SCM435 or 40Cr. Carbon steel grade is 10.9 or 12.9. Tensile strength is ≥1000-1200 MPa. The shank is precision ground. The head bearing surface has a verticality ≤0.05 mm to the shank axis. When you tighten the bolt, the shank stays perpendicular to the mounting surface. Surface finish includes black oxide, cleaning, or zinc plating.
