This means the weld strength is higher than the sheet strength. Our size is M6×25. The head has three or four weld projections. The projection height tolerance is ±0.1 mm. This ensures even contact with the welding electrode. Thread precision is 6g. The length is 25 mm. It works for 1.0 to 3.0 mm thick metal sheets. Our material is carbon steel SWRCH35K or SWCH18A. The carbon content is 0.15 to 0.25%. This gives good weld conductivity and fusion strength. Surface finish is zinc plating. The zinc layer is 5-8 μm thick. This gives basic rust protection. It also does not create too much smoke during welding.
