Tensile strength is ≥1200 MPa. Yield strength is ≥1080 MPa. Thread precision is 6g. We use a thread rolling process. The thread surface is smooth with no burrs. You can choose a spring washer or a flat washer. We pre-assemble them at the factory. We offer stainless steel SUS304 or 316 and carbon steel 10B21 or SCM435. Carbon steel comes in 10.9 or 12.9 grade. Surface finish includes black oxide, cleaning, zinc plating, or nickel/zinc-nickel plating. Zinc plating gives 48-72 hours of salt spray test.
