Expansion Bolts

Do you need to fix equipment on a concrete or brick wall? A regular screw will come loose. Our Expansion Bolts solve this problem. They use a cone and a sleeve. The sleeve expands inside the hole. It grabs the wall like tree roots. We are a Shanghai factory. We have supplied fasteners for 20 years.

We take an M10×100 mm expansion bolt in C30 concrete as an example. The embedment depth is 50 mm. The ultimate pull-out force is at least 8 kN. This follows ASTM E488. The ultimate shear force is at least 6 kN for the same size. The size range is M5 to M20. The sleeve is cold extruded. The wall thickness is even. The slot position is exact. The cone has heat treatment to HRC 25-30. It will not deform or break during expansion. Thread precision is 6g. It works with standard nuts. We offer stainless steel SUS304 and carbon steel SWRCH35K or Q235. Carbon steel grade is 4.8 or 5.8. Tensile strength is ≥500 MPa. Installation is simple. You drill a hole with a standard hammer drill. You tighten the nut with a socket wrench to the recommended torque. For M10, that torque is 30-40 N·m. Tightening completes the expansion lock.
