The pin stick-out length is 1.0-3.0 mm. The compression stroke is 1.5-4.0 mm. The fit gap between the pin and the body guide hole is ≤0.05 mm. The positioning repeat accuracy is ±0.02 mm. Within the rated stroke and force range, the spring pin can handle 100,000 or more compression cycles. The spring will not break. The force will not drop much (force loss <10%). The material is 65MN spring steel. It gets quenching and medium temperature tempering. This gives a tempered troostite structure. The spring elastic limit is ≥800 MPa. Hardness is HRC 40-45. The pin head (ball or flat) gets local induction hardening. Surface hardness is HRC 50-55. It resists wear well. We offer two installation types. Press-in type: the body is smooth. You press it into a mounting hole (hole tolerance H7). Threaded type: the body has an outer thread. You use a nut or screw it into a threaded hole. This is easy to remove and change.

Surface finish is black oxide or black phosphating. Black phosphating makes a phosphate layer. It resists rust better than black oxide. The surface is black and matte. It stops reflection.
