Do you need to fix a hose onto a hard pipe joint? Water hoses, air hoses, and oil hoses will leak if not tight. Our Quality Hose Clamps do this job. They are ring shaped clamps. You turn the screw. The band tightens evenly. The hose inner wall seals tight against the joint. We are a Shanghai factory. We have made fasteners for 20 years.

We take a φ20-32 mm (fit range) stainless steel hose clamp as an example. You tighten to the recommended torque (about 3-5 N·m). The radial clamp force on the hose is 200-400 N. This ensures no leaks at 0.5 MPa water pressure. The size range (hose outer diameter): small φ8-16 mm (water filters, air tubes). Medium φ16-25 mm and φ20-32 mm (car water hoses, home hoses). Large φ32-44 mm and φ40-60 mm (industrial hoses, irrigation pipes). One clamp has an adjustment range of about 8-10 mm. For example, 20-32 mm means the min clamp diameter is 20 mm and the max is 32 mm. With the right hose and joint, a stainless steel clamp can hold 1.0-1.5 MPa water pressure or 0.6-1.0 MPa air pressure with no leaks. This follows GB/T 8263. We offer stainless steel SUS304 or 316 and carbon steel Q235 or 45#. Stainless steel resists corrosion well. It works for water, oil, and mild acids. It is good for outdoor or wet areas. Carbon steel is an economic choice for indoor dry areas. The clamp has three parts: band, worm screw, and housing. The inside of the band has slots or holes. These match the worm screw threads. The worm screw gets heat treatment. Hardness is HRC 35-40. It resists wear well.

Surface finish is zinc plating, cleaning/natural, or Dacromet. Zinc plating gives 48-72 hours of salt spray. Stainless steel comes in natural color. Stainless steel clamps work from -40°C to +200°C. Carbon steel with zinc plating works from -20°C to +120°C. To install, use a flathead screwdriver or a 5 mm to 7 mm hex socket. Put the clamp in the middle of the hose and joint overlap. Tighten until the hose bulges a little but does not deform clearly. You can reuse the same clamp 3-5 times. But for critical seals, we suggest a new clamp each time. We have order trackers. They follow every step from your first inquiry to delivery. Mass production takes 2-3 weeks for standard parts. Custom products take 4 weeks. Type options: normal worm type is the most common. Spring clamps (custom) adjust force for hot and cold changes. Ear clamps (custom) are for one time use. They have even force for precision tools. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance.
