National Disc Spring

Do you need to solve buffering and loosening under high loads? Regular spring washers cannot handle it. Our National Disc Spring is made for this. It is an elastic part with a cone shape. It takes very high loads in a small axial space. It also absorbs shocks and compensates for heat expansion. We are a Shanghai factory. We have supplied fasteners for 20 years.

We take a φ16×φ8.2×2mm size as an example. You press it flat. The load reaches at least 2500 N. This is much higher than a regular spring washer of the same size. Our hardness is HRC 44-49. The elastic limit is ≥1100 MPa. We did dynamic tests for 2 million cycles. All passed according to DIN 2093. The size range is φ3 mm to φ20 mm. We use 65MN quality spring steel. We do isothermal quenching and tempering. This gives a uniform tempered troostite structure. The cold pressing process is precise. The cone angle consistency is ±1°. The load is very uniform when you stack them. Surface finish is black oxide or black phosphating. Black phosphating holds oil better. It also resists rust more than black oxide. The friction coefficient is stable at 0.1 to 0.15.

We have many machines. We have thread rollers, automatic lathes, CNC lathes, and cold heading machines. We also have a full automatic packing machine. We pack with cartons. Inside we use plastic bags or boxes for separation. We follow your request. Our disc springs can stack in series, parallel, or a combination. Series gives more deformation. Parallel gives more load. It is very flexible. At 120°C under constant load for 1000 hours, the load loss is less than 5%.
