Safety Lock Washer

Does your equipment vibrate a lot? Regular spring washers rely on friction. They come loose easily under strong vibration. Our Safety Lock Washer uses a mechanical lock. You bend its tab over. It catches the nut or bolt head. Then it is fully locked. We are a Shanghai factory. We have made fasteners for 20 years.

We take a φ20 mm size as an example. After bending the tab, the anti-loosening torque reaches at least 50 N·m. This force is much higher than any friction lock washer. The size range is φ3 mm to φ60 mm. Our carbon steel version gets heat treatment. Its tensile strength is ≥800 MPa. Hardness is HRC 22-28. It will not crack when you bend it. The stainless steel version works for wet or salty places. We use precision stamping and deburring. The angle tolerance for inner or outer teeth is ±1°. This ensures a full fit with standard nuts or bolt heads. We offer stainless steel SUS304 or 316 and carbon steel 45# or 35K. Surface finish includes black oxide, cleaning, zinc plating, or Dacromet. Zinc plating gives 72 hours of salt spray test. Dacromet gives 500 hours or more for high corrosion areas. The carbon steel version works from -50°C to 300°C.
