Non-standard Gaskets

Do you often see non-standard hole sizes? Do you have strange shapes? Standard gaskets do not fit. Our Custom Gaskets are made for this. We give solutions for marine parts, ocean engineering, and special machines. We use SUS304 stainless steel as the base material. It has more than 18% chromium and more than 8% nickel. It resists sea water and salt spray very well. We are a Shanghai factory. We have worked for 20 years.

We follow the ASTM B117 standard for neutral salt spray tests. Our gaskets last 720 hours with no red rust. This meets marine equipment needs. The minimum thickness is 0.3 mm. The maximum outer diameter is 200 mm. Tolerance can be ±0.02 mm. Surface roughness is Ra≤1.6 μm. The edges have no burrs. They will not damage your other parts. We can make any shape. Round, square, D-shape, moon shape, tabbed, or open shape. You give us the drawing. We make it for you. Thickness ranges from 0.3 mm to 10 mm. Special needs can use stacked parts. Hardness has two choices. Annealed state is about HV 150-200. Cold worked state is HV 300 or more. This suits high wear situations.
