The ultimate break load is 4-5 times the working load limit. For M10, the break load is ≥1.2-1.5 tons. The material is carbon steel SWRCH35K, SCM435, or 45#. It gets heat treatment. The strength grade is 8.8 or 10.9. Grade 8.8 has tensile strength ≥800 MPa and yield ≥640 MPa. Grade 10.9 has tensile ≥1000 MPa and yield ≥900 MPa. The ring is made by hot forging. The ring and the shank are one piece. There is no weld weak point. The inner ring diameter is 20-40 mm based on the size. This fits standard lifting hooks. The ring wall thickness is 5-10 mm. This gives enough area for load and shear. Thread precision is 6g.

Why Our Installation Rules and Surface Finish Matter
You must screw the bolt all the way in. Make sure the bolt end touches the bottom of the threaded hole. Or leave at least 1.5 times the diameter of thread sticking out. Before lifting, check for bending, cracks, or wear. Do not put side force on the eye bolt. Do not lift at an angle over 45°. At a 45° angle, the load rating drops by half. Do not lift at a 90° angle at all. Surface finish is zinc plating, black oxide, yellow zinc/hot dip galvanizing, or Dacromet. Yellow zinc or hot dip galvanizing gives a thicker zinc layer. It is good for outdoor or wet areas. Dacromet gives 500+ hours of salt spray. It is good for the ocean or high corrosion areas. Warning: lifting eye bolts are for vertical lifts only. For angled or turning lifts, use a swivel lifting ring. Do not use a standard eye bolt for that. We can give you a pull test report. Some sizes meet EN 1677, DIN 580, or GB/T 825. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance. We take US dollars. Big orders get discounts.
