Use High Heat Plastics with Our Hot Melt Embossed Nut
Do you use high melting point engineering plastics? Like PA66 nylon 66, PPS, or PEEK. Regular hot melt nuts do not get hot enough. They cannot melt into these plastics. Our High Temp Hot Melt Embossed Nut is made for these high heat plastics. Its installation temperature is 300-400°C. That is much higher than the general type at 200-300°C. We are a Shanghai factory. The bite force is stronger. Thread precision is 6H. This nut works for PA66, PA6, PPS, PEEK, PBT, and high temp PC. We offer stainless steel SUS304 and brass H59. The stainless steel type is for hard engineering plastics like PEEK and PPS. The brass type is for PA66 and PC. The product comes clean with no oil. This ensures a good melt bond at high temperatures. Both stainless steel and brass have good corrosion resistance.
