The length tolerance is ±0.1 mm. The concentricity of OD and ID is ≤0.05 mm. The two end faces are parallel within ≤0.05 mm. We take a bushing with 40Cr material, 3 mm wall thickness, and 30 mm length. The radial static load limit is ≥15 kN. When used as a spacer, take a φ16×φ20×10 mm part. The elastic deformation is ≤0.02 mm under a 10 kN axial load. We choose materials based on the use. 20Cr with carburizing and quenching gives surface hardness HRC 56-62 and core hardness HRC 25-35. It is wear resistant and tough. 40Cr with heat treatment and induction hardening gives surface hardness HRC 50-55. It has high overall strength. GCr15 with full hardening gives HRC 60-64. It is for high wear bearing bushings. Q235 is for normal loads.
