The batch size can be 50 pieces to 1,000,000 pieces. We can do any batch. We offer free cutting steel and alloy steel. Free cutting steel 12L14 or 1215 has sulfur or lead. It cuts very well. The surface finish is smooth. It is good for high volume automatic lathe work. Alloy steel 40Cr, 20Cr, or SCM435 works for parts that need heat treatment or high strength. We use Swiss type automatic lathes or CNC lathes. We can make many features. Outer threads (6g/6h) M1-M20. Inner threads (6H) M1-M16. Knurling in straight or cross patterns. Slots like straight, Phillips, Torx. Holes like axial, radial, or threaded holes. Milled flats on one side or two sides.

Why Our Quality System and Surface Finishes Help You
We passed IATF 16949:2016 certification. We have optical measuring machines, roughness testers, hardness testers, and thread gauges. We can give you CPK reports (≥1.33). We check every step. We accept third-party inspections. We can do a 100% full check before packing. For free cutting steel, no heat treatment is needed. Hardness is about HB 120-160. For 40Cr with heat treatment, hardness is HRC 28-32. For 40Cr with induction hardening, surface hardness is HRC 50-55. Surface finish includes natural, zinc plating, zinc-nickel alloy, black oxide, nickel plating, or chrome plating. Zinc-nickel alloy gives 720+ hours of salt spray. It is good for high corrosion areas. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance. We take US dollars. Big orders get discounts.
