Head shapes can be round, flat, countersunk, or any shape you need. Hollow types are semi-hollow, full hollow, or solid. We offer stainless steel SUS304 and carbon steel SWRCH18A or SWRCH35K. The spin rivet shank is precision ground. Surface roughness is Ra≤0.8 μm. This ensures smooth spinning. Surface finish includes zinc plating, black nickel, or nickel plating. Black nickel gives a black metallic look for high end luggage parts. Nickel plating gives a bright silver look with good corrosion resistance.
