The paint does not fade or soften. With zinc plating and paint, the neutral salt spray test (ASTM B117) gives 200-300 hours with no red rust. This is much higher than zinc plating alone. Our base material is carbon steel SWRCH35K or 10B21. The strength grade is 8.8 or 10.9. The paint thickness is 20-50 μm (single or double layer). Colors can match PANTONE or RAL codes. We first do zinc plating (white, blue-white, or yellow zinc). The zinc layer is 5-12 μm thick. This gives basic rust protection. Then we spray or bake paint on the screw head. Baking uses high temperature (120-180°C). The paint sticks better. Spraying uses air drying. It costs less. Colors include black, white, red, blue, yellow, and green. We can match your color sample.
