The hardness after heat treatment is HV 350-450. This ensures smooth pressing into the sheet. Thread precision is 6H. We offer stainless steel SUS304 and carbon steel C1215 or 10B21. It works for low carbon steel, aluminum, and copper sheets with hardness ≤HRB 70. It does not work for stainless steel or high hardness sheets. The thinnest sheet is 0.8 mm. The thickest is 3.0 mm.
