Stamping in the automotive industry: This sector is primarily characterized by deep drawing operations. In my country, this segment is predominantly concentrated within large-scale manufacturing facilities-such as automobile plants, tractor factories, and aircraft manufacturing plants-while independent, large-scale stamping and deep-drawing facilities remain relatively uncommon.
Stamping for automotive and similar industry components: This segment focuses primarily on punching, shearing, and forming processes. Many enterprises in this sector are classified as standard parts manufacturers, though some independent stamping plants also exist; indeed, numerous small-scale facilities of this type can often be found situated in the vicinity of major automobile or tractor factories.
Stamping plants for electrical components: This constitutes a relatively new industrial sector that has emerged and expanded in tandem with the growth of the electrical appliance industry; facilities in this segment are predominantly concentrated in southern China.
Stamping plants for daily consumer goods: These facilities produce items such as handicrafts, tableware, and similar products; this sector has also experienced significant growth and development.
Stamping plants for home appliance components: These facilities emerged only after the domestic home appliance industry began to flourish in my country; the majority of them are situated internally-operating as integral parts of larger home appliance manufacturing enterprises.
Specialized stamping enterprises: This category encompasses facilities dedicated to specialized processes-such as the stamping of aerospace components. However, these specialized processing units are typically integrated into and operate under the umbrella of larger manufacturing corporations.
